In order to educate family caregivers on how to care for themselves while caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease, the Alliance for Aging Research created this workshop kit. This translated workshop kits assist community groups in hosting workshops for Spanish-speaking family caregivers.
- The kit includes:
- A Guía para Líderes that provides tips and instructions for leaders conducting the workshop;
- A Guía para Quienes Cuidan a Personas con la Enfermedad de Alzheimer with information on caring for not only a loved one, but yourself;
- A DVD with stories from a family dealing with Alzheimer’s disease; and
