Incontinence

Incontinence

If you suffer from incontinence, you are not alone—as many as 1 in 10 people over 65 have it. Incontinence can occur because of various other conditions, and will most likely go away when these other conditions are treated. If your incontinence is not caused by another condition, there are still ways to treat it.

It is important to talk to your doctor about even mild incontinence issues, because they can lead to other problems including skin and urinary tract infections. You can visit the National Association for Continence or the National Kidney and Urologic Diseases for more information.
