The National Library of Medicine (NLM), the world’s largest biomedical library and part of the National Institutes of Health, solicited feedback and suggestions to improve www.ClinicalTrials.gov as part of its modernization effort. ClinicalTrials.gov is the largest clinical trials database and both the patient and researcher communities rely on it for clinical trial information (including trial availability, recruitment information, results, and more).

As the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating research to enhance aging and health through public policy and education, the Alliance for Aging Research also serves as a voice of older Americans. As such, the Alliance submitted comments to the NLM with suggestions to help improve and modernize the ClinicalTrials.gov database.
