Although our annual dinner is still a few months out—Mark your calendars for September 29, 2015!—we would like to share a video about a man for whom one of our annual awards is named. Each year we give the Claude Pepper Award for Advancing Healthy Aging in memory of an individual who spent his years as a U.S. senator and representative crusading for the cause of older Americans. Last year it went to the Hon. Bill Nelson, U.S. senator from Florida.
