Sue Peschin, MHS

President and ceo

Sue Peschin, MHS, is president and CEO at the Alliance for Aging Research, the leading national non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthy aging for all. Since 2012, Ms. Peschin has been a driving force in the growth and success of the organization.

Lindsay Clarke, JD

Lindsay Clarke, JD

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF HEALTH EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY

Lindsay Clarke, JD, oversees the organization’s health programs and is involved in strategic planning and execution of the Alliance’s mission and goals. She holds a J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.S. degree from the University of Michigan.

Sarah Delgado

Sarah Delgado

Vice President of Development

Sarah (DiGiovine) Delgado oversees corporate partnerships. As a member of the development team, she is also involved in strategic planning and fundraising. She holds a B.A. in Government & International Relations with a concentration in Non-Profit Studies from George Mason University, and a Certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University.

Adina Lasser

Public Policy Manager

Adina Lasser serves on the Alliance’s public policy and advocacy team. Her background is in health policy, patient advocacy, contract lobbying, and health economics. Adina holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of South Carolina.

Beth Mathews-Bradshaw

Beth Mathews-Bradshaw

Vice President of patient engagement and research

Beth Mathews-Bradshaw oversees the Alliance’s Talk NERDY clinical research training program and assists with other Alliance health care training initiatives and public policy work. She has decades of experience in the regulatory, health, and public policy sectors with particular expertise in complex projects involving diverse stakeholders. She has an A.B. degree from Mt. Holyoke College in English and Politics, and graduate course-work in regulatory affairs at Hood College.

Katie Riley

Katie Riley

Vice President of Communications

Katie Riley oversees all aspects of strategic communications efforts for the Alliance, including media outreach, public relations, content development, branding, podcast, and social media engagement. A former newspaper journalist and editor, she also has more than a decade of experience in health care association communications related to topics in aging. She holds a B.A. in Communications, Journalism, and Business Administration from McDaniel College.

Rachel Stevenson

Rachel Stevenson

vice president of FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Rachel Stevenson oversees the Alliance’s financial activities, plans, and accounting practices. She has worked in a variety of industries including public accounting, large and small for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University.

Tiffany Stewart, SHRM-CP

Tiffany Stewart, SHRM-CP, oversees all aspects of Human Resources and administrative initiatives for the Alliance to include legal compliance, policy and benefits management, leave, compensation, payroll, wellness, staffing, and performance management. She holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College.

Matthew Thompson

Matthew Thompson

Digital Communications Manager

Matthew Thompson produces the Alliance podcast, This is Growing Old, and supports outreach and digital communications efforts. Matthew is a creative whose experience rests at the intersection of art and social justice in nonprofit spaces. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Hampton University and applies his passion for creativity and public service to advocacy work.

Katrin Werner-Perez

Katrin Werner-Perez serves the organization’s health programs by production and distribution of health education materials, relationship building, and project management. She holds a B.S. in Health Promotion and Education with an emphasis in Consumer Health from the University of Utah.
