Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service, or CMS, is responsible for two programs that most older adults rely upon for their health care. Both programs face increasing pressures as more older adults join the ranks of Medicare beneficiaries. The Alliance works to protect the benefits older adults enjoy through these important programs, including health insurance, quality of care, and access to care.
