Alliance, 75 Organizations Submit Recommendations to ACIP

Ahead of the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recent two-day meeting, the Alliance, along with 75 organizations representing public health, patients, family caregivers, and healthcare professionals, sent a letter with three recommendations for the committee.
  • Uphold the Process and Gold Standard of the ACIP
     
  • Vote to Recommend the Full Schedule of Vaccines and Ensure Access and Patient Choice
     
  • Vote to Recommend the COVID-19 Vaccines for All Americans 6 Months and Older”

​​​​​​A journal article co-authored by the Alliance, Investment in Alzheimer's disease research for the next generation of adults with Down syndrome will yield health benefits for future generations,” has been published in Alzheimer’s & Dementia, the Journal of the Alzheimer’s Association.
