Sue Chlebek is a coronary artery disease (CAD) patient, a heart attack survivor, and an advocate who shares her story to help others live healthier lives and celebrate a Year Without A Stroke. She believes she was given a second chance so that she could help people who have been diagnosed with CAD and give them hope.
