What is the Alliance’s tax identification number?

Our tax identification number is 54-1379174.

Are donations to the Alliance tax deductible?

Yes. The Alliance is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law.

Will I get a receipt for my donation for tax purposes?

Yes. If you donate online, you will receive an acknowledgment via the email address you provided. All other donations are acknowledged through the mail. If you did not receive an acknowledgment and need a copy, please send your request to Sarah Delgado or call (202) 688-2043.

Where can I find information about the Alliance’s financials?

How can I donate stock or other securities?

For instructions on how to make gifts of stocks or other securities to the Alliance, please visit our Gifts of Stock page.

How can I make a gift in honor or memory of someone?

I’m having difficulty making a donation online. Who should I contact?

We’re sorry that you’re having difficulty. Please email us and let us know the following: (1) What the problem is that you’re experiencing, (2) What the URL is of the web page you were on when you experienced the trouble, and (3) What internet browser you are using and we will forward your inquiry to our web team for immediate investigation. I prefer to mail my donation, rather than donate online. Where should I send the check?

I would like to update my mailing or email address. Who should I contact?

Please send your changes to Sarah Delgado and we will be happy to update your record. Please give us both your old and new addresses. Mail and email address changes will take place within 24 business hours of receipt of your request.

I would like to update the credit card information for my monthly gift. Who should I contact?
