Last month, the Alliance for Aging Research released a series of films featuring conversations with a clinician, family caregivers, and patient advocates about the neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) that accompany Alzheimer’s and other brain diseases. Because NPS are rarely talked about, the films aimed to shake the stigma and encourage those affected to create a care plan and get the support they deserve.
The popular films, “Expert Conversations of Neuropsychiatric Symptoms of Alzheimer’s” are now available in a condensed and impactful 60-second public service announcement (PSA). The PSA provides a glimpse into the challenges faced by individuals and caregivers in a distilled format.
Watch the Expert Conversations of Neuropsychiatric Symptoms of Alzheimer’s in 60 Seconds and the full-length films to learn more about these stories and how together, we can shake the stigma.
These videos were created with support from Otsuka and Lundbeck.
