Study: Night Owls More Likely to Develop Sarcopenia

If you are a night owl, you might be more prone to developing sarcopenia. So says a new study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism. The study found that night owls are more likely to develop conditions such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and sarcopenia than their early-rising counterparts, even when they get the same amount of sleep.
