Share Your Experience with
Neuropsychiatric Symptoms

Neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) of Alzheimer’s disease and related diseases (ADRD) are accompanying mood and behavioral changes that can be debilitating for patients and challenging to manage for caregivers.

Are you a patient, caregiver, or provider affected by Alzheimer’s or other neurodegenerative diseases? Share your story and help amplify the voices of those living with NPS.

Take a few minutes to complete a brief survey sharing your experience. Your story could empower others in managing NPS.

This survey is being coordinated by Project PAUSE, an ad hoc coalition of national patient and professional organizations collectively advocating on clinical regulatory and legislative issues in long-term care.
