Selected for Price Negotiation

This month, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the 15 additional drugs that will become eligible for drug price negotiation in 2027. The Alliance issued a statement in response to the announcement.
This week, the Alliance urged CMS to improve the 2026 Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Benefit rule. Comments include supporting Anti-Obesity Medication coverage, finalizing auto-renewal, refining the Prescription Payment Plan, and strengthening safeguards against restrictive utilization practices.
