Vice President, Public Policy
Cynthia Bens oversees the organization’s federal policy work, represents the Alliance in multiple national coalitions, and directs the ACT-AD and AIM coalitions. Cynthia holds a B.A. degree from New York University with a concentration in Political Science and Women's Studies.
Breanna Bishop assists in all aspects of communications, including public relations, research, content creation, and social media. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in journalism.
Managing Director of Finance & Admin
Yvette Brown provides management, control, and administration of all financial and human resources functions. She is a Maryland Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Howard University.
Public Policy Associate
Ryne Carney supports policy development, federal advocacy, and related outreach to Alliance stakeholders. He graduated from Bucknell University with B.A. degrees in economics and political science.
Vice President, Health Programs
Lindsay Clarke oversees the organization's health programs and is involved in strategic planning and execution of the Alliance's mission and goals. She holds a J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.S. degree from the University of Michigan.
Development & Meetings Coordinator
Sarah DiGiovine oversees and manages logistics for events organized by the Alliance. As a member of the development team, she is also involved in strategic planning and fundraising. She graduated from George Mason University, where she earned a B.A. in government & international relations.
Director of Development
Samantha Hunter provides oversight for corporate sponsorship and grant outreach, implementation of the Salesforce donor database, and building a sustained individual giving program. She earned a B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies from West Virginia University.
Director of Communications
Noel Lloyd works with Alliance staff to communicate its mission to legislators, the health community, and the general public. He has a bachelor's from the University of Delaware in English with a Journalism concentration.
President and CEO
Sue Peschin, MHS, has 20+ years of experience in health policy and nonprofit leadership. At the Alliance, Sue works collaboratively with the Board of Directors to ensure the success of all operational and programmatic strategies. Sue serves on the AGE Board and Expert Panel on Respite Research.
Jackie Williams oversees all aspects of office administration at the Alliance. She previously worked as an office manager for Ashmore EIM, LLC.
