Unused medications can present dangers to everyone, especially kids. But it’s also dangerous to improperly dispose of them.
If you have unused medications, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to safely dispose of them! Tomorrow, on April 30, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration holds a National Prescription Take Back Day. This nationwide event “provides a safe, convenient, and environmentally responsible way of getting rid of prescription drugs.”
Tomorrow all across the U.S., there will be collection stations where you can take your medications for free disposal. To find your nearest collection station, visit this site.
