WASHINGTON, May 21, 2021 – Today the Alliance for Aging Research sent a letter to Democratic members in the U.S. House of Representatives that have advocated for a bipartisan, bicameral approach to addressing prescription drug costs. In the letter, the Alliance encouraged Representatives to address patients’ ability to afford their prescribed medications, while also continuing to support policies that advance equity and foster research into cures for the most challenging diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.
